They found the noise I had a crazy noise that was making me crazy. They located it and now I am driving happy!!!
BMW 3 series maintenance Murray BMW on Colorado Blvd. just opened their new facility...very nice! Due to the new settings and personnel, it seemed they are working on someglitches. My car was ready, but the paperwork was not. The very helpful and friendly staff emailed me the paperwork so I could be on my way.?
Superior service Bought a used car from here. Price was definitely fair and car seems to be in great shape. Best though was just the buying experience. Amin was so friendly and helpful (and patient when my insurance company was causing issues), his manager and the financial guy at the end were also was very pleasant, everything was low pressure and easy. Way better than I found at most places. Would definitely buy from them again!
Murray now BMW Denver; experience remains positive Purchased CPO car here (Murray) Apr 2015, and had a very nice experience with that--pricing was fair but still a bit negotiable, and whole process was painless. Had car in to body shop twice now after having people hit me, and they did a very nice job and worked well with other party's insurance--all I did was file initial claim and bring the car in. Excellent Service from purchase to transfer Excellent experience from the time I contacted them about the car as posted on the internet, to working with me to transport it , register it, etc.. Matt and Matt and Roman were professional , friendly and efficient. Will definitely consider this dealership again...and I live in Nevada!
Customer From the moment I walked in the door, I was politely greeted by one of the managers who introduced us to Teddy. He patiently answered all of my questions and then proceeded to show us several options. He was very patient and didn't pressure us. The entire "team" at BMW of Denver Downtown made my experience buying a car that day very pleasant. I love my new BMW and I look forward to servicing the car at their beautiful new facility. Nice new facility The old Murray BMW is not BMW of Denver Downtown (ironic as they are about 4 miles from Downtown Denver), but I must say they've built quite a dealership. Physically it's huge and very state of the art. All is all buying a car there was fine, my only complaints: they have some good deals, but they go quick and the sales staff seemed to struggle with locating vehicles in the inventory and being sure they were still available.
