Great Service from Dean Jones Shopped all local Denver BMW dealers for a new X1. Dealt with Dean Jones (Sales) ...liked his no nonsence sales approach, very upfront and I was very comfortable in dealing with him. No surprises. No reason to contact any other BMW sales guy in the area other than Dean. outstanding client oriented customer service I admit I was a bit intimidated walking into BMW Denver looking at all of the beautiful cars, knowing I was probably looking for the one used car on the entire lot for my son :) I did not realize this was a by appointment type of dealership, but Amin Popalzai ended up being my client advisor and instantly me and my kiddos were comfortable. BMW X5 - 5 Star! I had been shopping for a pre-owned X5 for quite awhile and was having a bad experience, but when I came to BMW of Denver Downtown it all changed. My sales guy, John Semmelbeck was absolutely a Godsend. He was cordially, friendly and very patient with me. He explained everything about the car in great detail. The process was painless and it took less time than expected. I am incredibly happy with my choice. I would most definitely buy from John again :)
