Karl K Our sales person, Nestor, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was confusion in the price indicated prior to signing, which we caught. There was a following issue with the correct tax for our home address, which was caught by their finance staff, so no harm.

BMW of Denve Downtown Arriving in Colorado after a cross-country drive, we needed a warranty service but has also developed a squeaky ball joint during our drive. From the moment we arrived at the dealer, we were treated professionally and courteously, including being given a loaner vehicle for five days. Car Servicing.....March 2, 2017 I scheduled and appointment, arrived on time, my car was welcomed, repaired in the promised time, everything works now, and the loaner was fantastic, and I would buy another car from this dealer if I could decide which one I want. Just haven't figured it out as yet.
BMW of Denver Downtown Finished a series of needed repairs with this dealership. Service Advisor Enzo Giron was of great assistance in assessing and prioritizing the work. His vehicle knowledge helped me to understand the scope and range of problems. Excellent communication and very customer service oriented. Thanks, as well, to the mechanics who got the problems solved!
Great service from start to finish My service advisor, Jerrod S, was excellent. I had a warranty repair completed and Jerrod gave me timely updates on my repair. The whole process was from drop off, loaner car, and pick up was first class.
