Happy customer From the moment I walked in i was greeted with a smile and not like I was in a pool of sharks. Brent was such a professional and was really looking out for what was best for me. There was no pressure selling. Brent personalized my experience and we shared stories. The show room was exceptional and the hospitality and food was great. Was a fantastic car buying experience

Excellent Customer Service Found a vehicle on Cars.com that I wanted. Dealer was very responsive and there were no typical “dealer “ games. My sales rep -Jack Woodring was fantastic. Knowledgeable , courteous, efficient and made the buying and shopping process easy. The entire team at BMW Denver Downtown was exceptional. I am now enjoying the BMW X5 50i that I purchased.

Thank You, Brent! While in town getting our 2007 BMW X5 serviced, we were waiting in the showroom -- which is very comfortable, by the way -- and started considering getting a newer BMW. Super great experience Our salesman Tyson Teeboom was really great. He was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I am very happy with my experience with him. The finance guy was great too. And I love my new car.
Best experience in 20 years I ordered a new X3 from them a month ago and took delivery this week. The entire experience with Andrew and Ryan in Finance was fantastic. Not only where they the best price, there was no hassle and Andrew was right on top of every email and text from me while anxiously awaiting my car. When there was a small glitch in financing terms at delivery, they immediately took care of it with no questions asked. One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 20 years.

Great Experience Was absolutely impressed. It's a large dealership, but yet when I sat down to build a new X3 and work on a trade...if was hometown comfortable. Matthew the sales manager and Andrew sales consultant scored a perfect 10! Funny...for some reason I walked in expecting somewhat of a bad experience and I walked out think that this dealership is the only place I will go to buy my next BMW. And I drove all the way from Northern Colorado.
