"Awesome experience" I highly recommend Ferman BMW. I worked directly with Charles and he was a true professional. I told Charles that I was looking at 3 different cars. We test drove the M5, I thanked him for his time and told him I would be in contact. After test driving the other 2 cars (different brands), I called him back and requested another appointment. "Was a seamless experience" Came in for the air bag recall on my wife’s x5. Dropping the car off was a very pleasant experience, as I was in and out in my loaner quickly. The repair was done well, and pickup was just as pleasant.
