"Rim repair and detailing " Marc and Courtney have always given us top notch customer service. Both of them also try to find us discounts on our needed car repairs to save us money. Matt in sales just sold us our 6th Mini. We always look to Matt to get us the car we are looking for in our budget. I would recommend Ferman Mini to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service.

"Car purchase" Came in for a pre owned BMW and work with Charlie Fernandez and within a week he found me the perfect car. I wound up purchasing a 2016 750i and the entire process was just a pleasure! Charlie and the rest of the Ferman staff were professional and friendly through the entire process. It’s my second vehicle from Ferman and the way I was treated by Charle and the staff I will be back again! It was a pleasure doing business with people who make the car buying process fun again!!

"Wheel wobble" I started to feel a noticeable wobble in the front driver’s-side wheel. I was expecting that I was going to have to pay a lot for a wheel bearing. I took a route to Ferman where I could drive more slowly because the wobble had gotten bad. Turns out the last time the tire was changed, the lug nuts on that wheel weren’t fully tightened!!
