"Another great experience" This is my third purchase at Ferman BMW. Everyone from management, to sales, to finance, to the car wash and detail team did an excellent job. They make the selection process as robust as you want it to be (i.e., understanding different models and features, test driving, etc.), and then they streamline everything else, making it as simple as possible to execute the paperwork and to take delivery of the car.

"Excellent service" My Service Advisor, Stefanie Stickles took care of all the issues concerning my car. She is knowledgeable and professional and kept me informed all the time. The service department fixed some problems, but the I was not totally satisfied with the work. I contacted Stefanie, she scheduled a new service, and now my car is running like new again.
