"Service to Sale" What started with a great experience in Service evolved into an even better experience In Sales! We brought our 2016 Mini in for normal Service. Our loaner car was a 2019 Countryman that was beautiful. By the end of the day we had traded in our car and purchased the loaner. It was a great deal and we get to enjoy the latest technology and style! Thank you Rachel, Douglas, Bob and Manolo!

"Great Buying Experience" I've been servicing my M4 at Ferman BMW for a few months now. I can confidently say this is the best BMW dealership in the area. "Very Good" Buying a car is always a hassle. It usually involves deceit and dealing with smarmy individuals. Shockingly, this was not the case. Everyone at Ferman was polite and respectful. The "Client Advisor", David Soto is the standard to which others should aspire. He is honest, straightforward and efficient. He does not play games. After buying probably 25 cars, this was one of the best experiences ever.

"Waiting area is uncomfortable" The waiting area is uncomfortable; customers and employees kept opening the door and the cold air kept blowing in the waiting area; there is a perfect place to add clear glass in the area that would block the outside air.
