"Visiting from SC" I live in SC and was visiting family for the weekend. Saturday, early afternoon, I started my car and it was idling very rough and had a significant vibration while driving. The team at Ferman were able to take me in, after 2pm (again, it was a Saturday), and get my car fixed the same day so that I could travel home on Sunday. They also followed up with a text on Monday to make sure I made it home safely.

"2015 BMW ///M4 Service" I continue to be thoroughly impressed with Ferman BMW. Most recently and took my 2015 BMW ///M4 in for standard service. The appointment was flawless, as always. I also asked, at the very last minute, if a minor dent could be removed from my door. Ferman ensured the dent was removed and it looks flawless. Solid / well run dealership!

"Quality work Quality service!" My 2012 Mini was due for expected maintenance with 40,000 miles. In addition, warranty work was needed and it was about time to consider new tires. I had already shopped for tires and was surprised to find the dealership was slightly less than the best price I could find. Paul, the service manager, went out of his way to help me understand questions I had and to explain how to get my tire rebate and one year warranty for road hazards. I would recommend Ferman BMW/Mini without hesitation.

"Bought my 2nd MINI here after 11 years. " This dealer makes car buying easy as possible, I looked at other dealers but decided to come back here because I liked my experience the first time around back in 2007. I bought a MINI Cooper 11 years ago and came in to test drive a 2015, which was great but the 2019 was incredible!
