"Exemplary service all around. " I live in Lakeland, and Ferman wasn’t my first stop in selecting my Mini Cooper. It should have been. "Issue Unresolved" I took my vehicle in due to a nail in one tire and a display message which stated the right run light was out. My service resulted in the two front tires being replaced, and I was advised there were no issues with the lights. The morning after I picked up my vehicle, I received the same warning message regarding the run light, and scheduled a subsequent appointment. After picking up my vehicle for a second time, and told there is no issues with the lights, (within a day) I now receive the display message "... read more

"Amazingly friendly " This was a great no pressure experience. My wife is not quick to make decisions and then sales team was great about helping to make sure she made the right decision for her not just the best sale for them. Mark was amazing through finalizing he process and showing us the ins and outs of our new car

"Awesome Experience " We all have horror stories of buying a car and it taking forever to complete the sale with a very negative experience but the polar opposite here! From inception the team was very accommodating and flexible to what I needed and went above and beyond to complete the process the same night by staying late and not missing a single thing.
