"Satisfied customer " My wife and I stopped in to look at a used car i had seen posted on the website. Jack Dennis came out to greet us and the rest is history. He followed through on his promise to get the missing key fob to us a few days later as well.

"Great service " I really like the service I get when bringing my car, the staff is always courteous and kind. I am very grateful for the time That Charles Drivas was there he was always able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and did a great job taking care of my car, he even helped me recently with some questions I had about my warranty. Marc does an excellent job as well he is welcoming, friendly and professional always gets me consistent great service. Thank you Ferman mini (service dept)

"Excellent!" Wow! Great service. My college-age son had an issue with his car,. The service department ordered the part and had it done when promised to get him back on the road and back to school. The service report was very thorough with a two year warranty on work!

"Excellent fast and courteous " I came in for airbag recall on my BMW and not only did they replace my airbags, they washed and vacuumed my car and topped off the fluids. I am a very happy customer and definitely will be back.

"Good service" My car was serviced quickly and it also got a car wash and the inside was vacuumed.it looked like new again. I had coffee and a bagel in the waiting area. Other items are available to guests as well. I looked at the new MINI model and the motoring advisor pointed out the new features. He was friendly; not like a pushy sales person. He was fun talk to about cars.
