"Quality and service" First, they get in such beautiful cars in trade, I got an 04 with 56K miles and it looks like it just came out of the showroom. Secondly, my salesman, Tom Horton, was the greatest, no high pressure, just there to help me find a car I would like. I cannot say enough good about Tom, the sales manager and the service department. "Quick service" My vehicle experienced an “engine malfunction” for a second time in a week and was towed in on a Sunday afternoon. Even though service was closed on Sunday, Cesar put it into service as soon as he arrived back at the dealership Monday morning. He was able to get my car back to me the same day. But I will say I’m happy to have purchased an extended warranty.

"Wonderful job" I have been going to Reaves BMW for many years. I recently moved to this area and this was my first time to use Feeman. WOW, A++++ What a difference in customer service.
