"recall fix" I have an older 325ci, they replaced the recalled air bags in under 2 hours, inspected the car, and got me out the door as quickly as possible.

"Recall Service" I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience provided by Jimmy (James) at Ferman BMW (Palm Harbor). My loaner car was available and waiting on my arrival. And the service was completed in a timely fashion. I had been getting my car maintained by another facility after moving to another area, but this experience reminded me of the great customer service I received in the past.

"Cesar kept me in the loop and provided exceptional service " Cesar texted me when there was an update on service my car needed. He got my car in for service very quickly and had everything ready for when I arrived to pick my car up. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service!

"Outstanding sales and customer service" Michael Hughes is our client advisor. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were taken care of and this included a return service after we had the vehicle. In fact, he offered to pay for the wiper repair himself in order to keep us happy. When purchasing the vehicle he listened to our wish list and found a car that met the criteria. "Greg Larsen and Joe Cleaver " On Monday September 17, 2018 I purchased a X4 M40i from Ferman BMW. Greg Larsen went above and beyond. "Wife’s dream car" We were only our looking at the various BMW models as my wife always wanted a white BMW. David Soto was helping us with different models and low and behold we seen a white 328i that my wife fell in love with.
