"Customer First Approach" I had a questionable item to be fixed. Paul Scaglione (Service Manager) and Courtney Deason (Assistant Service Center) were very understanding. Service was done quickly and accurately by Darlene King (Service Advisor). Since 2013, I have had informative and first-time-right service with the Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay Service Center. Just another great experience!

"Spectacular customer service " From the time I pulled into the service drive, I was met with friendly professional people willing to handle everything that was needed. Throughout the time my car was in service, the communication was exemplary! My car was serviced and cleaned, very well and returned in better condition than I left it. The check out process was streamlined and friendly. Darlene and Marc work well with each other making sure that I the customer was taken care of during my visit.

"Service without an appointment " Brought the car in without an appointment and got the battery, tire, and front bumper replaced within a couple hours. I didn’t even ask about the faded front bumper but Darlene replaced it anyways. Great service all around!

"Cesar gets it done." Ferman is a big company and their BMW dealer has a lot of employees and service advisors. It is in these kinds of situations where it's often hard to find personalized attention. Fortunately, Cesar puts that concern to rest: he is responsive, candid, and empathetic.
