"Purchased 2019 Mini Countryman S ALL4" While researching many different automobiles we narrowed our search to 2 vehicles. At that time a Mini was not really on the list. My wife owned a Mini Cooper she bought new at Ferman Mini in 2006. We went there solely to make some part of the car shopping fun. "Perfect " Marc was great. My dog had gotten sand into the bluetooth controller so it wasn't working properly. They diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the sand rather than selling me a new controller. That saved me money and now bluetooth works great. Easy in and out. I trust them with service on my Mini.

"Blissful, Magnanious, Wonderful" Michael Hughes, our salesman made purchasing our BMW a Blissful, Magnificent and Wonderful experience! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their young computer experts patiently explained the many complexities of the car's operational systems.
