"Excellent service by Cesar" Excellent service once I was directed to the appropriate person by the man in the parts department. Not Terri the other gentleman in the parts department. Sorry, I forgot his name and he did tell me. He was very very nice! I was sent to the parts department by the Valet when I needed to speak with the service department. This has happened twice now. "Thorough job" My 2011 mini Cooper S was having multiple issues mostly electrical. Ferman sorted them all out and did a great job getting my car back on the road.

"Prompt and courteous service" There was an issue with the car (explosion noise in the front of the car) the day after the car was serviced- I brought the car to check things out. Ferman inspected the car and concluded that there was no issue. Only improvement I suggest--the vacuum of the interior of the car.
"Excellent" Thanks to its excellent service department. This is my first visit. I had the pleasure of having Jamie Annese as my service advisor. They explained everything to me in detail.

"Ceaser" I have taken my car to Ferman’s since I bought from you. I wish someone told me 4 years ago to request Ceser. I thought I’d leave Ferman’s because I had a girl that kept me me waiting so she could help all the men in the line and thought she was hot stuff when all I wanted was to tell her was to wash her hair. I got Ceser by chance and he makes the Ferman’s service department. You should hire more people like Ceser.
