"Great service" Marc was incredibly helpful. Glad he informed me of the pick up and drop off service since I live in Carillon and it’s quite a hike to Ferman. I do wish that the wash service would dry the car before driving it around - but that seems to be a beef of mine at all Mini service locations. One note: my first name is Suzanne. "Excellent " Best experience buying my used car! Everyone was friendly and eager to help. We were not forced to buy our car. Everyone was eager to show the car which will fit our budget. I will definitely recommend Ferman used care dealership to my family and friends.
"More electrical problems" While I have been somewhat disappointed in this vehicle (2018 740) because of what I perceive to be an unusual number of minor electrical problems, I have to say that the service I receive every time I call this dealership is second to none. Cesar, my service contact, is always responsive and very thorough. The work is always done right the first time.

"Quality professional service " I have used Ferman for service on 3 Mini Cooper convertibles. The sales and service professionals have always treated me with courteous and knowledgeable service.
