"Service center " Top notch customer service team from greeters, car loaner agents and service advisors. Everyone is engaged and knowledgeable and it shows in their professionalism and attention to detail. Jamie Annese makes herself available for open communication and always follows up in a timely manner. In this day and age it is tough to find this level of customer service and I applaud you and your team.

"Excellent Service / Great Establishment / Wonderful Showroom" Jamie is my advisor and she is awesome. Have been buying and servicing my cars here for over 12 years. Purchase a 740i and a 745i and customer service remains as strong as ever. I currently do not drive a BMW, my son's car was in service, but I'm looking to move back to a BMW from my CLS 63 I travel almost 50 miles to go to this dealership past other BMW dealers that are closer. Enough said.

"Customer Service " Very professional and pays attention to customer. Noticed I was looking at a different vehicle and brought the key without being asked. The overall dealership seems organized with good processes. They have quality inventory at competitive prices. Thanks Jack! Dan was also very helpful and informative during the paperwork process. "Recall" From entry to exit of your facility, the experience was handled by your personnel with professionalism - the four or five people I had contact with were a credit to the operation - a special highlight was Casar, his friendly manner changed the time there from a task which needed to be done to a pleasurable morning - your physical facility is second to none - I have described it as being like a five star hotel - good job
