"Going the extra mile " Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for Michael and his sales Manager took the information I gave them about a car I was interested in and they worked tirelessly Not only to find me the car I wanted but to get it to me at a better price than the other dealer was selling it for. This dealership wants your business and they will go to great lengths to earn it.

"A very good transaction. " Very good experience with sales, finance and technical staff. Our sales representative (Robert Chodorowski) helped us to complete the transaction even though we were not quite ready to make the purchase. Robert, the client advisor was very good at demonstrating the technical issues. The financial manager, Joe was very good at explaining everything concerning the transaction and all matters pertaining to the protection plan.

"Couldn’t have been easier with Robert C. " No high pressure sales, no typical dealer tactics. You’re not going to get the best deal right out of the gate, but if you’re willing to endure a little negotiation, you’re going to walk away happy. Joe, the F&I guy was good too. Everybody is so friendly and makes you feel like they want your repeat business. Completely opposite feel of Audi dealers and about on par with MB dealers in GA. If we decide to stay loyal to BMW we will definitely be back to Ferman.
