"Friendly and caring service experience!" Something was going on with a kind of sputtering, choking of the engine that only happened a couple of times. I just didn’t want to take any chances so I took it in wondering if I was over reacting but, I just didn’t want to get stranded somewhere! I was 30 minutes late and had to wait a good while, but I really didn’t mind that much. I have never really waited that long before and I don’t think it is a common experience. "Great experience getting my first BMW" I had a great experience from the first test drives through working on the car offer, finance area and also the delivery of my gorgeous 430i Gran Coupe. Robert did a great job from start to finish. The service department looked very comfortable and should be a nice experience later when I do have service needs.

"Awesome!" The car buying experience and customer service was superb! I was meet w/ a smile and introduced to a wonderful sales assosiate. She provided me with several choices and ultimely helped me find the perfect car at an AWESOME Price.
