"Service on my 2015 ///M4" I just moved to the area and needed service on my BMW. I had a fantastic all around experience working with Ferman BMW and Jimmy W in the Service Department specifically. I hope I don't need service on my car again soon, but if I do I'll be going right back to Ferman.

"Amazing, professional and easy " Very stress free, did not try to up sell me on anything (unlike most dealerships). Was updated throughout the day via text on how my car is doing. James was very helpful and professional. Alexis sold me the car and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. Very helpful and even stayed 4 hours after her work hours to help answer any questions.

"Love our M2" Purchased a M2 from Alexis. Nice, easy experience and transaction. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Alexis took care of all the details and made sure we were satisfied. Toby did a good job showing us some of the details of the M2. And financing was even able to beat the interest rate from my credit union. Oh, and no hard sell on extra packages when signing the paperwork. All in all, a good experience and I would recommend Alexis at Ferman to anyone looking for a BMW.

"Purchased new tire with mounting" Even though the service dept was busy, my car was done at a reasonable time. After leaving the dealership and driving 20 miles back home, my car’s sensor was telling me air was escaping from the same tire. I had to do the drive all over again to the dealer. I shared my grievances with Darlene from service. She acted quickly to remedy the situation which turned out to be a faulty valve stem.
