"Great people selling great vehicles" Our purchase of a new 2019 BMW X3 was a friendly, professional experience from start to finish. Dan and Mary were attentive yet never pushy and VERY patient with us as we worked out which vehicle we wanted. "Easy Breezy" My husband and I were so pleased with our car buying experience. Mary was our knowledgable salesperson and was able to answer every question we had. She knew we had to have a convertible and was patient with us, realising comfort was our #1 concern. She showed us every convertible on the lot until we found our car. "Seamless experience!" Had recall service. Scheduling was easy. Drop-off was simple. Was given a beautiful loaner with all the latest bells and whistles. My car was ready the following day. Customer service was excellent!

"great service" Brought my X1 in for a service after driving 2000 miles... also tire rotation. I got an appointment in 1 day; waited for work to be completed. Everyone was professional and friendly.. "Ferman BMW--the best!" As always, I received a prompt and courteous reception. My problem was diagnosed quickly, and my service advisor explained what needed to be done and what that meant in terms of my receiving a loaner car. Finally, my car was washed and vacuumed so it looked like new. Great experience.
