"Amazing service that really saved me. " I really can’t say enough good things about Jaime and the whole staff at Ferman. I was recently spending a night out of town in Clearwater about 3 hrs away from my house when my car started to act up. It was very obvious I was not going to be able to drive it home, or much farther at all, the way it was running, and it was 8pm on a Friday night so I wasn’t in a great situation. "2018 BMW 230i" Alex Wolf was a great host, great service, amazing knowledge of the vehicle , just over all great customer service skills. The loan process was simple and didn't take much time. The whole process took me around 8 hours going through USAA, got pre approved and picked up the car the same day. I love the car, I can't express that enough! And thanks Alex!

"Cesar provided Excellent service " I came in without an appointment because of an emergency situation. Cesar got me right in and was even able to provide me with a loaner. "Great Service " I came in for an oil change, they thoroughly looked over my car and let me know what was needed. I didn’t feel pushed into service I didn’t want. I was told exactly what they were going to do and had the price upfront. Nice waiting lounge too.
