"Very Pleasant Experience" Every time that I have my car serviced I’m satisfied. If I weren’t, I would not return. The greeters are friendly and ask if you would like anything. They are accurate on the diagnosis and readiness of my car. They make an effort to give me a loaner car that suits me. I get a follow up the next day to see if I am satisfied.

"Wow what a difference!" I only need to bring my Mini in once a year for maintenance. This experience was like none I have had so far. Organized, done ahead of time, courteous, and complete. It was a joy and a clean car to make it even better. Thank you! Kudos to Darlene! She is a true professional. The gals providing me with a loaner were excellent-sorry I don’t remember their names.

"Repair problem reported as failed DSC by car" We own two minis, and only trust them to Ferman mini in palm harbor. The car diagnosed a failed Dynamic Stability Control module, but the car exhibited no alarms or weird behavior when we got it to service. The mechanics and staff were able to trace the problem to a power issue in the ignition system. They obtained a replacement part and had it installed in a reasonable period. Car runs like a champ.
