I had a great experience with Robert Chodorowski. I came into Ferman BMW for a certified pre-owned vehicle and was greeted with professionalism and honesty. Robert was able to reference all his resources including various Ferman dealerships to help me find a vehicle in my taste and price range. Robert made the car buying experience as smooth and effortless as possible. He showed dedication and sophistication that can be difficult to find in dealerships.

Steve goes above and beyond his duty of service. From the moment I made an appointment to the moment I walked out the experience was phenomenal. The receptionist, all customers consultants, gadget techs were extremely helpful. Dan helped us getting what we wanted considering our budget. Again great Place, with great people. White glove service at its purest.

We were treated very well by all of the staff, especially our salesman Alex Senko. We had told Alex the exact car that we were looking for and had it delivered to the dealership within a few days. The buying process was very smooth and time effecient. We would use Ferman again in the future!

After my car was damaged by Ferman service/Car wash whom ever I spent three weeks back and forth trying to get it fixed as it was 3 weeks old. Eventually frustration took over, and Robert helped me find a better replacement. I suffered great financial loss, and will def not be coming back to Ferman for my future BMW needs. But overall Robert was excellent with helping me resolve a problem the dealership should have taken ownership. Like the Porsche’s my family will be buying BMW’s at BertSmith. Dan is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Patient and Caring. When I first went looking he sat with me quite awhile and let me test drive several models. When I was ready to purchase he explained everything to me. I definitely recommend him.

Brought my sons 03' 325Xi in for some work. They did a great job on the car, treated us great, and made us feel very comfortable with a dealer experience. Returns calls very quickly, and very clear and concise on repair work. At one point even pointed something out something that was minor and not needed for immediate repair, but mentioned that down the road it could become an issue. Didn't feel pressured at all on repairs. Great Experience!

I bought a 320i in Aug. from a Chevy Dealership. Because I had questions about the car (my first BMW), I decided to go to the BMW dealership closest to me. I called first and they were helpful on the phone and then suggested I just stop in for help with my questions. I did that today and was greeted by the Service Manager who spent some time with me and then had one of their experts also sit with me and go over additional questions I had. Plus they washed the car. I will definitely use them for future services.
