"Last free service under warranty," All went well with this our final service under factory warranty.With only 11,300 miles on our 2014 series 435i convertible we intend to purchase a 3 yr extended warranty from Joe Cleaver by June 15-2018. Joe was our original service writer before he moved to mini.We hope to purchase the generation series 4 convertible when it enters the mark place in 2020-2021.

"Excellent service" Excellent service, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. I purchased a new M4, ordering it from the factory. Alexis kept me informed on status and delivery date. Price negotiation was very smooth. Karl did an outstanding job working with Alexis to resolve a problem with my wife's new car, getting her into another one with little hassle.
