"Great experience " The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Had a great experience there when I brought my leased Mini after moving it from CA. After turning it in, found a used Mini on the lot that was perfect for me. They made me a great deal and treated us very well. Every experience in service with Darlene has been great, Matt was a wonderful sales person to work with and Joe saved us almost $20 a month on finance charges. We are happy customers! "Great buying experience" Steve Venden was great . We made an apointment with him he was there waiting for us to arrive. He listened to what we wanted with a car and showed us exactly what we wanted. Within three hours we were in our new car driving home . I would recomend Steve to anyone looking to buy a new BMW.

"BMW X1 2018" I love my new BMW X1 and the salesman Steve did a good job getting the price I was comfortable with however it was a battle of negotiation to get to that price. I don’t like the back and forth and it made me uncomfortable and took away from that “getting a new car” happiness. I set the expectations upfront that I was over on miles on my lease and it was thrown in my face numerous times about how it lost the dealship money

"Routine 20K service" Still covered under it it’s three-year 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper no charge service. They replaced all the filters in the cabin and did oil change.
