Everyone was wonderful however it was my experience with Dan that made me come back for my 3rd car within 6 months. one of those for my parents because they had been taken advantage of by a “Ford” dealership for MANY years.The 3rd one was for me to have up north. He and his manager Mickey were more than accommodating to keep me safe for the drive. Steve Wenden worked very hard to get the best deal possible. We appreciate all of his efforts and will recommend him to family and friends. Erin Chaparro make sure everything was correct and had us in and out in no time. We traveled from Panama City Florida to make the deal. It is a world class dealership. Even if you live 500 miles from Ferman BMW they will work just as hard for you.

From the start the salesman was very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured just empowered to make the right decision. The team ferman went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The customer service was outstanding. They had arranged a ride for me when I came in to the airport. The salesman were up front and honest on the phone before I made the trip to look at cars. This is the way carbine should be!

The team at Ferman always provides exceptional customer service. It was a pleasure working with Gary Mack from start to finish. Robert Chodorowski is awesome. I recently purchased my first BMW and he made the experience a great one! He was very patient, very personable and answered all my questions, and even all of my parent’s questions, with a very friendly and positive attitude.
