Dealership was extremely attentive in resolving an A/C problem after my car was hit head on. The level of proffesionalism was extremely high and dealer also picked up car from my home after a few issues. Worked closely with Geico Insurance to locate and resolve the problem.
I could certainly feel the warmth and professionalism once I walked into the Ferman BMW dealership. From the front desk staff to the sales manager, I was greeted and made to feel like I was part of the family. Met Alex Senko at Tampa auto show in 2017, and he provided a great deal of information on the BMW that I was unable to find on the website. He is truly a BMW genius, and an honest salesperson. It was very smooth experience. Step one was to test drive your car. Step two, quick negotiation almost giving you the price you were hoping to get after 3 hour of sweaty negotiations. And then you driving new car in a few. Thanks to kenneth he was very helpful and even got me M style cap. Don’t forget to request one :))
