I have been to many dealerships to buy many cars. Not once have I been somewhere like Ferman which literally bent over backwards to make my deal workout and took care of me the entire time. Jarrett and Jack were both excellent and I would most definitely recommend anyone to check out Ferman BMW. 10/10
Went there to look at a used FJ Cruiser and originally decided not to get it, then came back and changed my mind. Beautiful vehicle with very little wrong with it. The service was really great and the people we were working with stayed late just for us. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a used car.
When we stopped in at Ferman in May of 2017., we were just looking to see where our future BMW dealer will be located. I had no intention to buy a car at that time. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and they called me within 10 minutes of me clicking that I was interested. Dan McCloy and the sales manager Phil went out of their way to work with my busy schedule. They took a small deposit from me electronically to hold the car until I could get there 4 days later, and during that time Dan was on top of the whole process. When I first came to ferman BMW my friend highly recomended Robert Chodorowski as a great sales guy. He was very polite and went above and beyond throughout the whole purchasing experience. If I buy a second car I would definitely go back to him.
