Steve Venden and the staff at Ferman BMW were very friendly and easy to work with. As a 24 year old recent college graduate, I was intimidated by the thought of purchasing my first BMW on my own. That fear quickly went away as soon as I met Steve. I wasn't treated like a customer, I was treated as if I was Steve's sixth son. His wealth of BMW knowledge and kind personality made my experience at Ferman a 10 out of 10. I will without a doubt recommend Steve and Ferman BMW to everyone I know.

Having been treated in what I would call a disrespectful manner at another Tampa BMW dealership, especially for a repeat new car buyer, I was totally impressed with the courtesies extended to me by both the sales professional as well as the sales manager in coming to a happy trade in and new car purchase. The sales manager also went above and beyond in working with BMW corporate in honoring the 2011 Drive event rebate offer. I am totally impressed with how hard they worked to make my shopping experience a pleasureable one.
My overall experience was uniquely positive, in large part due to my interaction with Steve Venden. Steve’s characteristics or qualities that make him a great salesman are his overall product knowledge, his honesty, his empathy towards customers, and above all, his friendliness.
First of all, Steve Phillips is the best salesman. He didn't rush me, yet I bought the first BMW he showed me. He was gracious and, frankly the person I would want to sell me new or pre-owned. He was patient and quite knowledgable. Carl Alverez is a good svce mgr as well...taking care of a problem, letting me wait w/out notice, for a repair that could be fixed immediately.
