The car's AC never worked and after having repaired it went out again. The 2019 M5 had issues as well, with body panels coming a part. BMW is producing the ultimate garbage machine!!!! Don't waste your time and money!!!
"My car displayed tire pressure warning signs on my dash...." My car displayed tire pressure warning signs on my dash. I made an appointment with Sal Graziano . He sent my car to the shop and one tire had a nail in it and others displayed low tire pressure. The pressure was corrected and I later had my tire repaired in an offsite repair shop. Ferman serviced my car satisfactorily and Sal coordinated the procedure successfully as usual.

I can’t believe that my new car since 8/2020 is been in the shop three times going to number 4 when the parts again comes in...never had any issues before with different models....also some of the employee working at the loaner car are not been pleasant at all, is been a lot of change lately...it is really sad that these is happening.

The actual service was done quickly but the car came back to me dirty both inside and out! I know this is not the norm for them. I got a burnt steak so I'm just letting you know.
