I bought my 2006 3301 from John Crapper and it was a great experience. So much so that when I moved North, I also went to see him in 2008 for a used X3. John comes across like a friend you've know for years. He was very careful in showing me every detail about the car. I was aware of the good reputation that Ferman BMW had in the community, so when I started looking for a car I first went to their website. I found it easy to navigate and quickly located the car that I wanted. Upon my arrival at the dealership, my wife who was on crutches at the time, and I were met by Mr. Kassem. I do not write letters (actually emails these days) like this very often, however the experience I had recently with Ferman BMW warrants my comments. As you know I have had a very difficult time (and that is being very kind) getting the convertible top repaired and transmission problem properly diagnosed on my 645 at Bert Smith. Robert Chodorowski is an excellent salesman, Joe cleaver is a great finance guy and Toby Edward is such a knowledgeable genius rep. The finance manager and sales manager are terrible. The 5 star review is only reflective of the three people mentioned. The sales manager and finance manager tried to push me into a situation that violates a Florida statute. I hope future customers realize that despite what the finance manager and sales manager say, you can use your own financing that they’re violating dealership licensing rules... read more
