BMW Jupiter far exceeded my expectations of what luxury car buying should be. After visiting other BMW dealerships in Miami, this one was a nice surprise. In a list, here are all the good things we experienced: good customer service, honest answers to all my questions, and overall patience when a customer is trying to make a big financial decision. I walked into the dealership after coming from the gym. Mr. Lee greeted me with enthusiasm and since I knew what I wanted and he was able to locate the vehicle we had an agreement in 10 minutes. I was very pleased with my salesperson and would direct friends to him.
We have had greatest experience will Mr Steven Lee. Steven knows the car we bought inside and out. He took the time with no limits. He explains in a manner that was very easy to understand and grasp.
