I would highly recommend working with Paul on purchasing a BMW. I had an '09 335i that I loved, but was ready for something newer. I was very specific in what I was looking for. I wanted a specific color inside and out, heated seat (in Florida, its not a common feature!), hard top, sports package, navigation and a few other features as well. Great, friendly experience. No complaints. Friendly guys. Steven Lee knew we were coming down to look at vehicle and as soon as we pulled in the lot he was greeting us by name. We didn't purchase the vehicle that day, but called the following morning and told him we were coming to get it. When we pulled in, the vehicle sat out front with a giant red bow on top of it, compliments of Steven Lee. We enjoyed dealing with him.
Showed me vehicles that fit my request even while it rained. Test drove in rainy weather and answered all my question, while treating me as a valued customer. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
Mark and the other Braman employees made the new car buying experience fun! The negotiations were handled in a very professional and fair manner and I actually feel like a got a good deal. Mark thoroughly explained all the financing and lease options available and after the deal was finalized he reviewed the navigation system, audio options and all of the other controls in the car. Between the car buying experience and past service I have received there, I would highly recommend Braman to anyone considering buying a new car.
In regards to the purchase of 2009 Cadillac CTS. Dealing with Mark Bellew and the Jupiter Braman Team was nothing short of a outstanding experience. Buying a vehicle over the Internet can definitely be a cause for apprehension, no doubt. We were interested in seeing the vehicle in person that we had viewed online as a certified pre-owned. We were greeted warmly, introduced to Mark and took the vehicle for a test drive.
