Jimmy is knowledgable and patient with his instruction. He understood that my last BMW experience was less than perfect and made sure it was the opposite this time around. Jimmy is kind and considerate which is sorely lacking in some retail scenarios.
I rated this dealer and employee because of their determination on making sure I got the vehicles (2) that my wife and I wanted and making the entire experience one of the easiest and most pleasurable leasing a car. Everyone in the dealership I met was pleasant and most helpful. Our sales representative was the best I have ever dealt with. I will be going back to Braman BMW in Jupiter Florida again.
Salesman was knowlegable, freindly and clearly committed to the BMW brand. The finance person was professional and explained our options with patience and no undue pressure to purchase anything we didn't want.

Steven Lee was very helpful and made the car buying experience go smoothly. Paul was great. Knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen. He spent time with us to go over the vehicle after the sale so we were comfortable.
I had a very enjoyable experience test driving multiple BMW's before finally deciding on and purchasing on my new 550. The sales and financing staff was very helpful and clearly enjoyed what they did. It was a pleasure shopping at Braman.
Mark and Patrick were terrific. I never did feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Mark stayed after closing until 11pm as I waited to get my insurance policy. There was an issue with the alignment and the vehicle which was fixed ASAP.
