From the time I entered the dealership I felt very comfortable. Everyone greeted me with a smile. I was offered water and coffee numerous times throughout my visit. I do not like the car buying process but Mark made it very easy for us. He is very efficient and knowledgable about the cars he is selling. This is our 4th BMW and will definitely be back when it is time to buy again.
Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. I was treated with respect from the moment I arrived, until the second I left. I was never pressured to make a decision at any moment. Braman Jupiter provided a friendly and relaxed atmosphere creating a pleasant buying experience. Steven Lee was knowledgeable, friendly and patient and guided us through the review / sales process without any buying pressure.
