I have purchased 4 BMW's from Braman all of them with Paul Robbins. Working in the service industry at a 5 Star resort on Palm Beach, I am accustom to providing superior service no matter the situation. Paul exceeded my very high standards. He made the process very easy... no pushing... very professional. He always followed up on my many inquiries and was extremely patient as I averaged 4 - 5 test drives per purchase! No doubt I will purchase a 5th BMW... eventually... Hopefully, Paul will be around still to assist me!

I have bought three cars from Jimmy Khokhar. He is always courteous and informative with no pushy attitude that you get with so many other car dealer reps. When I purchased my X3, the dealer web page messed up and put a very low price on-line. They did not have to honor that price, but Jimmy worked with the manager and we saved a bundle. I wish that had happened when I bought my M5. LOL! Marlin Randle in finance is soft spoken and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I specifically went to Braman Jupiter, and more specifically, Steven Lee because of the wonderful experience we had the last time we bought a vehicle. This is our third vehicle purchased with Steven and Martin, and both were extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. We will be back for our next vehicle as well. It was our first time working with Mark, but he was just as helpful as Steven and Martin. I hate car shopping, but with this team it is a pleasure.

I have made purchases at 2 other BMW dealerships in South Florida and this dealership far surpasses the other dealership I have dealt with. Probably the best deal for the money and easy closing. I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership. Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was utmost in customer service! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My parents bought a BMW 5 Series last year and were very pleased with their experience so I decided to also purchase my vehicle there even though I do not live in South Florida. We negotiated everything by phone and e-mail and the car was all ready for me when I arrived in town. Steven explained all the new upgrades!

Defintly a great experience, working with Mr. Lee is always a pleasure, he is very knowledgeable and informative. We drove from Miami over an hour to see Mr. Lee and it was worth it. We got a great car and a great deal. We will recommend the drive to our friends, everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, We also want to thank Mr. Randle for all of his help with the financing we are very happy with our purchase.

We were recommended to Paul Robbins from a friend in our community. Paul was available to work with us 30 minutes after I called to make an appointment. Paul made the entire buying experience a joy. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, presented us with a number of vehicle and vehicle option choices. We settled on the vehicle and Paul had a fair and acceptable sales presentation prepared in 20 minutes. I recently purchased a CPO 2012 BMW 328i. My sales person was Jimmy Khokhar. Jimmy was very knowledgable about the vehicle and all of its features/options and made sure he demonstrated them to me and that I was comfortable with using them. He made my buying experience a pleasant one and I would purchase another vehicle from Jimmy in the future.
