We came in looking for a new car , after first receiving a quote from a competitor. Without any delay, we were provided with a price on two different cars, both of exactly fit our needs. In under an hour we looked at both cars, had our current BMW appraised and were given a price that beat the competitor by $1,500. Mike Trapasso made the extra effort of inquiring about my military status, which provided me with an extra discount. The buying exterience was outstanding. The General Sales Manager, Mike Trapasso, was very helpfull and provided complete answers to every question. In past purcheses, at other dealers, I have been subjected to the unpleasent sales merry-go-round, not the case here. The price was agreed to, the delivery scheduled determined and a hand shake sealed the deal. The car arrived per scheduled and the delivery was very professional. Steven was very helpful in showing different models, explaining the differences and was diligent in locating a vehicle the met our requirements. The manager worked well with us to agree to a price. All was perfect.

I first visited Braman BMW Jupiter in November 2012 to inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. Mark Bellew greeted me at the door and offered to assist. I had done some on line research and presented the paperwork to Mark. He worked with me to locate the cars that I was interested in and ultimately test drove a 2010 BMW X5. I traded the Lexus for that X5. This was my second purchase from Jupiter Braman BMW. I can't say enough about this dealership. They go above and beyond on service and,customer satisfaction . They care about the customer. When I visit the dealership they treat me as family. I will only buy from my salesman Steven Lee in the future. Nicole did a wonderful job of helping me find the car I was looking for. She was very kind and accommodating. She was even available to help me with questions and concerns over the holiday break which is rare. Great dealership and better people.

I worked with Steven Lee at the Braman Jupiter location when I purchased the car and was excellent. More importantly, he didnt just disappear once the sale was completed. Whenever I had a question he would promptly call me back. Then when I had an issue with the car he resolved it immediately which I was highly surprised and pleased that he was able to do so. He goes above and beyond what one would expect with respect to customer service. He deserves the highest praise and a promotion.
