Our first contact with the dealership was with Cathryn Winschel who via internet/emails provided substantial information and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was still available. She also put me in touch with Ed the General Manager when I had needed more detailed information after seeing a used Lexus SC 430 for sale.. Excellent team in special Mr Steven Lee, that made me buy and pay one car that was not what was advertised. Very smart with strong marketing support and knowledge. Very professional, kind and correct all the time. Regarding Mrs Cathryn she made me go from the internet to your dealership.
