Jimmy was very helful with all aspects of the sale and is a perfect genteleman. He shouwd us how we could get a $300 extra rebate from BMW Financial. We were not going to get the tire and wheel coverage but he explained the value and the great advantage to us so we went back and purchased this coverage. Our daughter has the same car and got the coverage 5 years ago. She explained to us that she had 4 flats, 2 wheel replacement and one wheel repair during that time. Overall my experience was pleasant. The staff went all out to help me with my problem. It was kind of them to lend me a vehicle until the problem was resolved. Steve Lee was especially helpful and gave me an intense course in the technical mysteries of the 328 I that I had leased. He was through and very knowledgeable and friendly. I was interested in a truck with good gas mileage in exchange for my Dodge Charger. Steven Lee skillfully approached me on Saturday morning while I awaited service on my 335C. Steven's introduction to the Jupiter sales team was the beginning of a positive buying experience. The new X3 I purchased for my wife is my tenth BMW since 1999. I'm a believer. One of my BMWs was a 6 series purchased at the Palm Beach Braman dealership.
