Jimmy Khokhar was a pleasure to work with. Very low pressure sales technique with great insight into the product and the value of ownership. We previously owned a 330XI and loved it. Great experience. Paul Robbins was excellent. Sales manager and Finance Manager were also fantatsic to work with. When I came in I wasnt even sure I wanted another BMW. My lease was up and I wasnt sure waht I was going to due. Paul took the time and we test drove 4 different cars until we found the right one.. He did an amazing job.. Physical facility is immaculate. Mark Bellew really knows in detail the product he is presenting. In this case it happens to be the BMW 328i. He took his time with us explaining the many features of the car; many of which I had never been exposed to before. His patience was great as we had to come back the next day as we had forgotten a number of the options he showed us the night before. Jimmy is taking a very customer oriented approach,asking the questions to make deeper understanding of the my needs,give me alternative options than i was originally thought and planned,which in the end make more sense for me. the sales manager Phil also did a great effort of offering attractive price to the deal.overall,i feel they give a special attention to me,they care about my business,i will definitely revisit them or recommend them to anyone who is interested in BMW cars.
