My visit and purchase from Braman BMW was very pleasant experience. The gentlemen working with me were very attentive and professional and went beyond to help me with my purchase. They worked around my schedule and making the purchase very easy and convenient.
We have had an amazing experience overall! Previously wanted to buy from Vista BMW, but those guys suck.. They didn't want to negotiate the price at all. But over here, Steven was our salesman and he was just brilliant. We live on the South Beach and were definitely willing to come over there because of their hospitality and business. Once again, my experience @ Braman Motorcars w/Jimmy K. was a pleasurable one. Jimmy is very professional, knowledgeable & patient. I rated my overall experience w/all 5's because it was a great experience. The sales manager Phil Roe was also very personable & kept me in stitches the entire time (funny guy). I will certainly recommend Jupiter Braman to my friends, family & clients, as I'm sure they too will experience what excellent customer service/care is all about!
Steven Lee , great salesman. I never met anyone that goes extremely out of his way to help you. His Manager , Mike Trapasso was also great. As a matter of fact , the whole Jupiter gang is Excellent. Great atmosphere and great group of people. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Steven Lee. This was the second BMW my wife and I have purchased from this dealership in a little over a year. We dealt with the same folks both times. The experience could not have been better.
From the time I made the initial phone call inquiring about a vehicle viewed online, until I drove my car out of the dealership, the service I recieved was superior. Even though I live a great distance away, I will only use this dealership as the service recieved in every aspect from beginning to end was absolutely the best I have recieved.
It was easy, low pressure and painless. I would recommend them to anyone. We leased a car from them for my husband and it was a pleasure to go back for a used car for me.
I was immediately impressed with the dealership itself -- attractive, bright and cheery.
