This is not our first BMW purchase but our first purchase with Steven Lee. Steven made the buying experience enjoyable and thoroughly made us comfortable with our buying decision. Steven is knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, design and options. Steve did not rush us and there was no pressure. Steven's followup service and contact has also been outstanding. We would definitely recommend Steven and will definitely contact Steven when we are ready to buy another BMW. LOVE love love the car.
Going to Braman BMW of Jupiter was a great experience. We met Steven Lee who took great care and time to show us all facets of the BMW we were looking at. Steven made us feel welcome and did not rush us through the process. Although we did not purchase a vehicle, this time, I would definitely recommend Steven if you are looking for a BMW.

I went in to look at a car but Woody is the reason why I wound up buying a car. He was no pressure, informative, and took an interest in helping me to understand what it was I was looking at and interested in. WHen it came to have my car appraised, I had dealt with, in the past at other dealers, my car being held hostage for a deal. This was not the case here. The Team at Braman Jupiter BMW is professional, friendly and very helpful. Mark assisted my daughter and I as we navigated through many decisions as far as type of vehicle and reasonable options.
