I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Braman BMW in Jupiter Fl. When I decided that I wanted a new 3-series I was in the middle of moving from Ohio to Jupiter, Florida. I went online and contacted Cathryn Winschel at Braman BMW in Jupiter and within 30 minutes of my email I heard back from her. I wasn't planning to buy a new car, but thought I would see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. It was a pleasure doing business with Mark because of his professionalism and how he kept us appraise of the the inventory that was available. We had tried other dealerships in town but only Mark was courteous and patience enough that he made us feel comfortable.I would recommend Mark Bellew and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I felt welcome from the moment Tracy introduced herself to me, she was professional while not being pushy from a sales stand point of view. I felt the trade in offer for my 04 Infiniti was very fair and the overall experience was a positive one. The car was the one I was looking for and they treated me well even though I was there well past closing time, I was never rushed to make any decisions thruout the process.

Tracy Volz is great. She was very low pressure and has a great personality. My wife and I both enjoyed the time we spent with her looking at cars. How often can you say you actually enjoyed spending time in a car dealership. Tracy appreciated our time and made things as smooth as she possibly could. Tracy was extremely helpful and gave us the confidence we needed to make a final decision on our first trip to the dealership. We had shopped on line for months so we were pretty sure what we wanted, and we had found a strong candidate on-line in the CPO inventory.
