Great experience, I was offered coffee, they went over all the different options. They explained all the options on the car, how the door locks worked, the assist.
Excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door. Steve greeted me. He had sold my husband a BMW last year and we returned to see about a car for me. Steve was very informative about every aspect of my purchase from paperwork to auto specifics. I have been driving my new BMW for 24 hours and I Love It!
my first encounter was with Cathryn by phone and she was very informative. She made me feel special by reserving a vehicle for me even though others were interested. Jimmy was the just icing on the cake. He was very nice any showed me everything about the vehicle. He made it easy for me to spend $ 54,000 dollars on a car. Steven Lee, assisted by his manager Phil Roe, provided me with perhaps the best overall experience I've ever had in a car dealership, both of them sparing no efforts throughout the entire transaction, even after we'd signed all the paperwork, to ensure that I had the degree of satisfaction and peace of mind I was looking for. This vindicated my decision to track down Steven, with whom I had done my previous auto purchase, to do this deal, even though he had been transferred to a more distant branch of the same dealership.
Joe was absolutely great through my entire experience at Braman. He was very proffessional and answered every question I had with enthusiasm. Greatest Car Salesman I have met in years. Would reccomend him to anyone in my future path. BMW BRAMAN IS THE BEST!!
The entire experience was what buying a car should be. I was not pressured at all. Cathryn worked to find me the car that I wanted. I was treated honestly and fairly throughout the entire process.
