Although I did not purchase my vehicle yet. I stopped in recently to research the 2013 BMW X3 and Danielle was extremely accommodating and took the time to let me test drive the vehicle even though I told her I would not be purchasing that day. Usually salespeople blow you off at the point. I will def. be going back to purchase my vehicle from Danielle.

Danielle was my salesperson when I bought my car. She took great care of my wife and I and we are very pleased with our brand new BMW. Danielle was excellent throughout the entire process and the next time I buy a car I'm going right back to her.

Buying a car can be a stressful experience even under the best of circumstances, until we met Danielle. She sat and explained the options of the car we were consider. Shahid my sales person done a great job to provide me vehicle of my choice and answer all my questions with professionalism. First of i wanted to buy a car that is sporty, fast and good on gas. I didnt want to buy a hybrid electric car. I was deciding on wether to buy the vw GTI or the golf TDI and then I saw somewhere online about this relatively new sporty bmw 3 series with the turbodiesel engine. I will only buy BMW's and my preference will definitely be BMW of Bloomfield. They stand behind their cars and service is almost ALWAYS covered completely. I literally can't remember paying a dollar in the 4 years I've been going there. My service rep is Jeff and he's not like reps I've dealt with at other dealerships who you can never reach, and never call back. I took my vehicle to BMW of Bloomfield, NJ for service for my 2006 BMW 750li for transmission repairs and the service advisor Jeffrey Couch was very knowledgeable and answered all my question of concern for the repair that my vehicle needed. He took care really great care of me. The wait for service was quick and I received a loaner car until my vehicle repairs were done. I would definately recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at BMW of Bloomfield.
