My wife and I known Christian for the past four years now and whenever we visit BMW weather for a new car or to service the the BMW we already have is always the same warm welcome he greets us with. Overall Christian is excellent.

My wife and I leased a 2014 BMW 528i XDrive on Saturday December 21, 2013. Our experience with both Ivan Romero and Christian Graciano was excellent. I was shopping around for a BMW for a few weeks and after visiting my third BMW dealership I figured I'd give Bloomfield BMW a try. I was recommended by a friend to visit the dealer. I came in on a busy Saturday - shortly after Thanksgiving and I have to also throw in here that I came in an hour before closing which is very unlike me. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. I changed my mind about what car I wanted like three times, even had them bring in a car from another dealership, but they never once got frustrated with me. Michael the general sales manager was very accommodating and got me a great price. I had a great experience in leasing my new car! Victor was tremendously helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the whole experience. He was very accommodating, friendly and kind and even followed up with me after the purchase to double check with me to make sure I was happy with my new car and had all my questions answered. This is the first time I buy a car from this company, and I must say our experience with Christian was very different. He really cares about his customers, he have his personal cell phone number and a picture of him on his business card, trust me I will never forget his face. I was surprises by him with the way he showed me all the features, so detailed. I really recommend this dealer to anybody that is looking to buy a new, used BMW or any other car.
