Jeff Couch in the Service Department went way beyond what was required. He provided excellent assistance and was very knowledgeable about my car (an E46 M3) because he himself is an enthusiast and owns the same make and model car. I would highly recommend him and BMW of Bloomfield. I have also purchased a car there in the past, and I had an excellent experience with the Sales Department.

I have purchased quite a few new cars in my life and I have to say that this was the absolutely most pleasurable, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I had been to the BMW of Bloomfield dealership late last year to take a look at the new X3s and talk to one of the client reps. My first visit to this dealership was to look at a used car that was advertised online (2005 645 convertible). Danielle was amazing throughout the process. She was patient and took the time to explain every options available to me when I was contemplating buying my car. Since I special ordered the car, I had to wait 5-6 weeks to get it. Danielle made sure to keep me posted of the different production stages of the car and when it arrived to the dealership she made sure to call me first thing in the morning to let me know.
