Really helped find a multitude of options for our price range. Helped us make a deal and get a good price on a very good car. Made sure the car was well maintained and quickly replaced and reported any defects on the car/tires. Was a wonderful salesman.
Gordon was outstanding ! He focused on our needs and took the time to research. Gordon called us everyday until the car turned up. The trade in value of our MB was top dollar while a very competitive new car price. NO HASSLE ! We observed a wonderful dealership while spending time in the waiting area. My experience at the BMW in Bloomfield today was by far the best service I have recieved by a sales representative. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Gomes to the actual closing, I not once felt like 'just' a customer. Jack was available to answer all of my questions, and I had many being a novice purchaser.
